Poncey-Highland Traditional
Project Scope:
This 1920’s home located in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood was divided as a duplex when the homeowners purchased it. They loved the house, neighborhood and its proximity to the Beltline Trail. The couple wanted to convert it back to a single family home with modern amenities while still maintaining its historic charm.
On the 2nd floor, a dormer was added to the rear of the home to create a spacious master suite. The light-filled master bathroom features a tub inside the shower, which takes up less room than designing separate tub and showering areas. The shower features a combination of marble and ceramic subway tile and multiple shower heads and body jets. The furniture style custom vanity with double inset sinks and a quartz countertop provides ample storage.
