Morningside – Transitional Modern

Project Scope:

This project involved remodeling two bathrooms – a master bathroom and a guest bathroom – in a Morningside residence. The project scope was to renovate two bathrooms in the home. The project scope was to update a 120 square foot circa 1980s master bathroom into a modern, spa-like oasis with more storage for the homeowners – without increasing the footprint.

Renovation Details:

• Floating double vanity with custom-built cabinets
• Snowdon White quartz countertops
• Echo Recycled Glass tile backsplash surrounds wall-mounted faucets
• Floor and shower wall tiles feature different patterns of Gray Shimmer Dal-Tile “P’Zazz” tile
• Frameless glass shower
