Project scope:
Renewal designed 300 sf of outdoor living space for this home in Decatur. It is partially screened in and includes a covered grilling deck with vent hood incorporated under the same roof and adjacent to the kitchen for easy access. High ceilings give the porch a spacious feel and two skylights bring in extra natural light. The new porch is high enough to provide covered parking for two cars below, with bonus storage space.
