Inman Park – Historic Craftsman
“Best of the Best” design award from Professional Remodeler magazine
The original cramped kitchen and a poorly executed 1980s addition were combined to create a spacious, luxurious kitchen that opens up to the living area in this Inman Park home.
The kitchen now features beautiful cherry cabinetry, a large hutch, great for storage and for displaying the clients’ expansive collection of cookbooks and art. The new island adds storage space, as well as additional seating. The old china cabinet, original to the house, was actually salvaged and now sits in the dining room.
The green Victorian-style tile backsplash, antiqued black granite countertops and heart pine flooring complement the old Inman Park Victorian home. This kitchen is a timeless space. Now modernized, it holds true to its roots.
