  • Retainer Payment Two due to proceed

Selections and Finishes

  • Select tile, cabinetry, plumbing, etc.
  • Finalize interior and exterior finishes
  • Finalize layout and scope
  • Permit and construction documents begin
  • Retainer Payment Three due to proceed

Construction Agreement

  • Order windows, doors and tile
  • Review detailed scope of work and final drawing documents
  • Sign Construction Agreement
  • Document Guaranteed Completion date
  • Construction Agreement Payment One due

Pre-Construction

  • Clarify how home will be maintained
  • Prepare site for construction
  • Finalize construction documents

Construction

  • Consistent oversight by Project Manager
