Home Improvement with a plus (That's A+)! We did a lot of research and planning before deciding to hire Renewal Design-Build for our master suite addition and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Great communication, easy access to all staff involved and a highly professional team of workers came together to make our end result a dream come true. The space is beautiful, exactly what we wanted and consistent with the true charm of our 50s ranch home. Fantastic company! Renewal did an incredible job on my house for an episode of HGTV's new show Curb Appeal The Block. The work was done under very challenging weather conditions and a production schedule that defied all logic for their team, I am sure. On top of that, the team had to negotiate an extremely complicated set of facts about my house (stream buffer, flood zone, and easement) that must have been a complete nightmare for them to even get started on the project. Nonetheless, everything was done at the highest levels of quality and professionalism. Because this show was done on a TV production schedule and a tight budget, it is even more extraordinary to me the time and care they took on each detail.

Because I work from home, I was able to personally observe the care and diligence their carpenters and crew members took in executing the design provided to them by the show. I feel so fortunate that they were chosen to put the design into place because I know that my family will be able to enjoy it for years to come and it will remain solidly in place and functional and beautiful. The carpenters were so diligent that frankly, I feel like I could park my minivan on the front porch and it wouldn't budge.

The onsite project manager from Renewal, Lisa Manka, was fantastic and did a wonderful job testifying on my behalf at the variance hearing. No detail of this project was too small to get her full attention until it was perfect. Amazing group of people!

My bathroom project was done on time, within budget, with great follow through, and using competent, dependable and trustworthy outsourced workers. I have no regrets about hiring them and love the results in my brand new bathroom.

There were a few things I really appreciated about Renewal. First was that I was never expected to hang around waiting for the inspector, plumber, electrician, etc to arrive. They always took care to meet them and unlock the door and didn't just pass out my key to whomever needed it. Secondly, I appreciated that they cleaned up every day, making the home and work area safe for my young kids. They even had a staff person assigned to come by at the end of busy days to assure that things were tidy, secure, sealed off, and cleaned up.
Professional, punctual and worth every penny! We added on to and renovated our home. From the start, Renewal was professional and helpful through what could have been an extremely stressful process. Peter, John, and Anna were readily available to answer our questions and hold our hands (which is what we needed). They were also unbelievably reliable. They finished our project on time and under budget. We couldn't be happier.
Pleasure to work with on my insurance claim. I had a large tree fall on my house which did a good bit of damage. The insurance companies initial estimate was very low and no one was willing to do the work for that amount. When I told Renewal about my situation, they took over the talks with the insurance company and were able to get double the insurance companies original offer. Renewal was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and I will be calling them again for future renovations to my home. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I was so pleased with my renovation project! The designer and the builder were so willing to explain and discuss options. They stayed within my budget, and yet identified quality materials and finishes. They finished slightly ahead of schedule even with the need for inspections. They did work within my budget, and within my specified timeframe. I felt that they would be committed to customer satisfaction. I liked the idea of turning everything over to them. I didn't have to worry about finding somebody to do this and this, but they worked and handled all of that for me.
