Curb Appeal

Project scope
Before renovations, this ranch home in Decatur's Winnona Park neighborhood was a drab yellow color with tired green shutters, an old awning and sparse landscaping, all in need of a fresh, modern update. The complete exterior makeover includes a contemporary palette, with the house painted a dark gray-green and replacement shutters painted a harmonious plum for a colorful contrast. The old front steps and railing were demolished and a white wooden porch and pergola constructed. The old plantings were completely replaced with a new landscape design that includes a patio in the front yard.
