GuildQuality Guildmaster 2008 through 2011
Guildmaster awards are presented annually by GuildQuality to celebrate service excellence in the building and real estate industry. The most accomplished custom builders, remodelers, specialty contractors, volume homebuilders, and real estate developers in the country are honored with Guildmaster awards. Renewal has been the recipient of the GuildQuality’s Guildmaster with Distinction award for four years in a row.
NARI Contractor of the Year Awards
The NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) CotY awards are presented annually. Entries are judged on functionality, problem solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Renewal is an Atlanta Top Five residential remodeler ranked by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Renewal is number five for the entire 20 county metro area and number one in DeKalb County.
